# 17 · Inner-circle recognition versus Konrad’s discovery

## Purpose

Turn recognition into action while preserving the established knowledge split.

This packet supports the existing Story Completion Workflow. Its central gate was author-accepted on September 6. It does not answer SC-010 Question 7 or advance that checklist. Central synthesis: Astra, reviewed for integration on September 5.

## Accepted result

The inner circle sees what Konrad believes he is doing inside his counterfeit victory compared with what is actually happening outside it. The simultaneous discrepancy is the first proof that Konrad was tricked and never held real control. The exact presentation device, first recognizer, and resulting action remain unresolved.

**PROPOSED:** Emotional recognition precedes formal proof. Powerful but potentially unreliable; require independent corroboration and a real choice to act.
