Samuel / Konrad / Sylvan Canon Integration and Creative Possibilities Pass
Scope
Integrated the August 26 mobile author-gate session into the vault, added a first-class Research → Creative Possibilities / Inspiration Pass to the Story Loop, and ran it against the new canon plus relevant August 20–23 research and weekly synthesis.
The Story Discipline iPhone app concept was preserved in its existing mobile handoff. No app implementation or implementation planning began.
Author decisions integrated
- Konrad always intended Samuel's impossible mission as removal; Samuel suspected betrayal and separately bet on failed revolution leading to favorable containment placement.
- Samuel's conditional alpha advantage activates because Konrad later enters the same empire's containment hierarchy.
- Samuel is the primary decision-making alpha and Konrad eventually the beta in a constant power struggle.
- Samuel's apparent separate half for Konrad is a story-functionality-supported lie over one shared environment.
- Samuel persuades Konrad that processing Sylvan will lawfully transfer control; the real path is to stop the rampage and cooperate with legitimate leaders.
- Konrad seeks willing public surrender as god-king coronation.
- Samuel's synthetic-army conquest theory has no sound mechanism and remains to be developed later.

The first non-canon portfolio is 08 Story Loop/Brainstorms/2026-08-26 - Samuel Konrad Sylvan Creative Possibilities Pass 001. It contains ten possibilities and a six-item shortlist. No possibility was promoted to canon.
Consistency boundary
Macro facts now established: alpha/beta relation, false separation, bloodline scale, superweapon lie, false Sylvan victory condition, public-surrender preference, direct child revelation, and real cooperation requirement.
Still unresolved: exact hierarchy lock, precise technical permissions, supporting proof used to sustain the false separation, superweapon form, synthetic command mechanics, exact public venue, ethical disclosure implementation, and Konrad's first action after the blackmail.
