Chronology
The age anchors are not yet contradictory, but they are underconstrained. Samuel at ~220, George at ~130 in one character note, Konrad at ~300, the thirty-year prewar interval, the ~75-year career, ~80-year False Victory, and ~100–120-year integration-to-disclosure span can coexist only if births, Great War, role transitions, and rejuvenation placements are mapped. Do not assign calendar years yet; create relative anchors first.
Character knowledge and agency
Samuel's knowledge must be channel-specific. Konrad's acceptance must include a failed verification path. George requires authentic opportunities to choose correction. Sylvan's Luminai can compare and authenticate only within defined permissions. Orzai and the Witness must not know later results early. The current notes state these boundaries correctly but do not yet dramatize them.
Causality and convenience
The macro chain is strong. The weakest causal bridges are S-002, S-003, S-008, S-013/S-015, and S-020. Psychology currently carries too much of the reactivation deal; theme carries too much of the Luminai outcome; and the archive carries too much of the exposure without custody and authentication.
Systems, permissions, and limits
The layered technology ecology successfully avoids one omnipotent machine in principle. Concrete stories still need actor, channel, permission, resource, blind spot, audit trail, and failure mode. “Story functionality,” alpha control, surveillance, and terminal control transfer should never appear without that seven-part minimum.
Evidence, custody, and authentication
The journal system is strong infrastructure but currently contains only two proposed story entries and no approved handwriting reference. The ending requires evidence independent of Sylvan's interpretation: sealed prewar record, reactivation authorization/routing evidence, ongoing maintenance interventions, and privacy-preserving genealogy proof before a legitimate audience.
Authority/status contamination
No candidate journal image, generated lettering, research finding, Story Exploration sample, or optional assessment recommendation was promoted. The largest process risk is vocabulary drift: workflow statuses such as partial, active, accepted-direction, and author-gate coexist with story authority labels. A mapping layer would improve future automated assessment.
