Productive disagreements
- The structural lens favors resolving the Witness early to anchor the middle; the first-time-reader lens favors modern Sylvan material first to establish immediate attachment. Test both opening strategies before deciding viewpoint architecture.
- The adversarial lens wants operational technology rules early; the character lens warns that rules without a choice scene will not create emotional meaning. Develop mechanism and representative human decision together.
- The continuity lens recommends terminology cleanup, while the development lens warns against naming institutions prematurely. A neutral functional phrase can bridge the two until names are approved.
False consensus risks
