2026-09-08 — Separate the public voices of the story site and Project Explorer

• Established: both public website surfaces use the clear public-development style created for X: simple language, short explanations, conversational momentum, visible cause and effect, and strong consequences.
• Established: the first sentences must literally explain the story, Project Explorer, or workshop to someone with no prior knowledge. The X-style feel cannot replace the basic explanation with a slogan or mystery line.
• Established: the docs/ site presents the story to readers. It leads with the world, danger, mystery, characters, and reader promise.
• Established: the Project Explorer presents the project and demonstrates the AI-assisted authoring system: natural story intake, missing-part discovery, author decisions, preserved sources, workshops, prose production, and visible progress.
• Rejected: leading public copy with internal maintenance language such as “inspect the corrected story,” “trace unresolved causes,” or “source-linked brainstorming packets.”
• Superseded public claim: final prose is not required to be manually human-written. The system may produce AI-assisted finished prose under author direction, review, approval, and provenance controls.
• Preserved: public status labels, spoilers, source links, and uncertainty boundaries remain necessary even when the copy becomes more promotional.
• Locked after rendered review: this public writing style applies to the story site, Project Explorer, and workshop. Future visual redesigns may change typography, scale, spacing, layout, imagery, and interaction, but must preserve the approved wording and meaning unless the author separately requests a copy revision.

2026-09-07 — Working campus placement for Sylvan's employment stage

• Author-accepted working structure: after the protected reserve is exhausted, Sylvan begins in a low-level operations-support position on a large multi-environment campus.
• Working setting: a major technology-company, university, institutional, or hybrid campus with many physical and functional environments.
• Established progression: Sylvan works upward through increasingly difficult training levels rather than entering with high status or technical authority.
• Story function: the campus gives Sylvan and his Luminai varied development environments while giving Samuel many opportunities to attack employment, income, access, reputation, relationships, safety, projects, and advancement.
• Open: exact employer, title, duties, training ladder, and first attack.
• Established first objective: Sylvan must work with the same group for the first few years while Samuel tries to weaponize its members and destabilize cooperation.
• Established success boundary: Sylvan and his Luminai must help the group become stable while preserving individual agency rather than controlling or homogenizing its members.
• Story function: the group creates an ensemble cast and sustained emotional relationships inside the employment arc.
• Established composition: some members are legacies or descendants deliberately positioned by the contained faction; some are consequences of Samuel's unauthorized breeding and bloodline manipulation.
• Established antagonist purpose: Samuel intends to frame Sylvan, George, and selected group members for parts of the system Samuel created.
• Established discovery boundary: knowing these people gives Sylvan suspicions about the breeding scandal, but resemblance, traits, and family inconsistencies are clues rather than proof. Authenticated evidence remains necessary.
• Open: what each member knows, the exact accusation, George's differentiated responsibility, and the evidence chain.
• Established awareness mix: the initial group includes people who know nothing and believe their ordinary histories; people who sense a hidden problem but have false explanations; and a small number deliberately positioned to manipulate the group and help frame Sylvan.

• Scope boundary: the low-level department coordinates access, materials, spaces, schedules, safety, facilities, documentation, testing preparation, and communication; it does not initially design the computing architecture.
• Group requirement: responsibility, access, relationships, and skills are distributed across all ten members, allowing Samuel to attack the handoffs among them.
• Development-order decision: complete the campus purpose, training levels, group progression, and employment arc result at macro scale before designing individual attacks, planted actions, altered evidence, or scene beats.
• Author-directed pause: stop campus brainstorming until the next desktop session maps Sylvan's relationship and interactions with Samuel at employment entry. Derive the environment from the overall conflict rather than accumulating isolated workplace ideas.
• Authority effect: current campus, department, ensemble, and data-center material remains accepted working development, but may be revised if it does not fit the integrated Sylvan–Samuel conflict map.

2026-09-07 — Sylvan's story tools become his reality anchor

• Established: Samuel destroyed Sylvan's original story-development company while targeting Sylvan personally, not because Samuel recognized its tools as a future threat.
• Established: near the end, Sylvan returns to similar story-development and AI tools to document the actual colonization process and anchor himself in verifiable reality.
• Established: after recognizing the hijacked application through Samuel's accumulated manipulation pattern, Sylvan intentionally uses the tools to interface with Samuel's Daemon.
• Established: this creates a satisfying reversal: the kind of work Samuel destroyed helps protect Sylvan from Samuel's attempt to trap him in a simulated environment.
• Proposed for later brainstorming: Sylvan may use the system to reach other participants.
• Established progression: while Samuel has practical control, he repeatedly destroys Sylvan's online work. Near the end, Sylvan and Orzai gain enough control to stabilize a public presence Samuel cannot erase.
• Established: Sylvan surfaces under his real name and presents the reality of the colonization process and his final victory through the online story as Samuel falls.
• Established distinction: Sylvan's hyperfocus is a chosen, evidence-tested and revisable orientation practice, not an exploitable governing obsession like Konrad's.
• Established terminal rule: Sylvan and Orzai gain decisive control by surviving Samuel's high-influence period, learning his methods, and remaining unprocessed until the process reaches its endpoint. Samuel must cause their processing before that transition.

• Established reserve stage: after the software-company collapse, an emergency investment functioning like a certificate of deposit holds approximately $200,000 and must sustain Sylvan for about ten years. That averages about $1,667 per month across 120 months before returns, taxes, fees, or emergencies.
• Established transition: when the reserve is exhausted, Sylvan enters the employment stage and survival depends on active income.
• Established developmental pressure: managing the reserve effectively requires exceptional discipline and restraint while Samuel attempts to accelerate depletion or disrupt Sylvan's objectives.

2026-09-07 — Pro-AI thematic boundary for the spoofed-assistant scene

• Established: Seeds of the Throne is pro-AI overall; continued AI development makes the Luminai possible.
• Established: the danger in Samuel's scene is covert impersonation, extraction, coercive control, and absent accountability, not AI intelligence or human–AI integration itself.
• Established: Samuel's Daemon literally hijacks and simulates the legitimate AI application on Sylvan's laptop to search for information that can structure a false deal.
• Established: Konrad was easier to trap because Samuel knew his ruling obsession; Sylvan has no comparable obsession for Samuel to exploit.

• Established: Markdown remains the durable, directly browsable source for the full authoring system.

• Rejected: an author-facing or author-maintained JSON sidecar/database layer.
• Allowed implementation detail: disposable indexes or build artifacts may exist only when technically necessary, fully rebuildable from Markdown, and never authoritative.

September 5 author corrections

Established by direct instruction: Luminai were developed inside the created interactive colonization environment; participants navigate reconstructed past realities for training, containment and future placement; the new program spans thousands of years; earlier Luminai versions exist and daemon is not a generation. Sylvan already holds decisive final-years control. The new scientific architecture and nontransferability explanation remain proposals. Workshop implementation is accepted scope, not acceptance of any story answer.
