How should the new Resistance material and the Samuel–Konrad reveal passage change the current assessment, active Book One workshop, and public websites without reopening the accepted RW-01 through RW-10 ending or promoting unresolved mechanisms into canon?

The author developed a reveal in which Samuel Franklin's postwar advantage, his jealousy of Konrad Fitzgerald's public presence, Konrad's reactivation of his group's programs, the supposedly separate autonomous group, the eighty-year campaign, and the attack on the group's most sacred initiative become one continuous hidden action.
The author also established a present dramatic function: the Resistance discovers verified evidence, and Sylvan must show it to Konrad so that the compromised programs can be shut down before Samuel causes more damage.
Strongest dramatic interpretation
The passage uses a converging revelation. Several facts first appear separable, then the final connection changes the meaning of every earlier fact.
The final reveal is not merely that Samuel also attacked a sacred program. It is that the power Samuel used to humiliate Konrad after the Great War may be the same power Konrad unknowingly reactivated and allowed to reach the initiative that supported his claim to divinity.
Working findings
The Resistance owns the discovery
The Resistance is not a branch of Sylvan's mission. It reconstructs the concealed causal chain from evidence distributed across people, archives, systems, bloodlines, synthetics, witnesses, and infrastructure. Sylvan can present the result and help force action without becoming the owner of the investigation.
Konrad has partitioned knowledge
The source says that Samuel's conduct was secret while also saying Konrad knows what happened and refuses to face it. The strongest working reconciliation is not total ignorance or omniscience.
Konrad knows individual facts: Samuel retained influence, the separation was compromised, he was warned, and parts of the program have failed. He refuses the conclusion that joins them. The Resistance possesses the verified chain that turns feared implication into actionable proof.
The sacred initiative remains open
The source establishes its dramatic role but not its exact identity. It is the initiative the group considers most sacred and the foundation of Konrad's claim to divinity. It may be the breeding program, the broader succession and certification system, or another initiative that contains those functions. The assessment must not choose silently.
Samuel's access mechanism remains open
Two compatible but not yet reconciled models exist:
- Samuel's alpha priority remained continuously active beneath the appearance of separation.
- Samuel retained a bounded priority that Konrad repeatedly reactivated or expanded when he restored programs inside Samuel's jurisdiction.
The second model currently supplies stronger limits and preserves Konrad's consequential participation. Exact permissions, evidence, reset limits, and boundaries remain an author gate.
Naming and religious framing remain deferred
The independent movement can be described functionally as the Resistance while its final name is developed later. Earlier witness/inheritor naming and an overly religious presentation do not establish its final style.
Workshop decision
Do not create a competing eleventh module and do not reopen the completed RW workshop. Extend the active Book One Architecture Workshop:
- BA-02 gains the historical false-autonomy precedent and Samuel's jealousy of Konrad's public divinity.
- BA-07 gains the Resistance evidence chain and distinct roles for discovery, authentication, presentation, and decision.
- BA-09 gains the proposed immediate shutdown and Konrad's choice under partitioned knowledge.
- BA-10 gains the Converging Revelation as a sequence test.
BA-01 remains the active author gate. The new material strengthens later dependencies but does not define the exact rule for successfully taking Sylvan.
Public boundary
Safe public material:
- an independent resistance network connects records powerful actors kept separate;
- no single hero owns the complete evidence;
- the apparent autonomous recovery may conceal inherited control;
- the story's revelations should change the meaning of earlier events.
Spoiler-protected or unresolved:
- the exact sacred initiative;
- the exact alpha mechanism;
- the full eighty-year evidence chain;
- the decisive proof shown to Konrad;
- the final order of Resistance discovery, Sylvan's presentation, Zilbin's outcome role, inner-circle recognition, and Konrad's response.
