prerequisites: accepted ending macro
EG-01: Lock the endgame state
Purpose
Create one reliable starting state for the focused endgame pass so later modules develop missing causality without reopening accepted outcomes.
Established
Konrad has rejected Samuel's plan and committed to Sylvan's exposure plan. Sylvan remains separate from Konrad's hierarchy. The Resistance remains independent. Samuel never controls the governing process, and the accepted terminal chain remains separation, a fifteen-million-dollar independent plan, rapid exhaustion, processing, Daemon deletion, full presentation, and constructive placement for Sylvan and Orzai.
Aiden Fitzgerald is Konrad's biological son. Before Konrad commits to Sylvan, Samuel uses the postwar altered reality to make Konrad and Aiden target him. Samuel's live attempt to place Sylvan inside the same story structure becomes the causal bridge from their attack to Konrad's defection.

Four possibilities
- Decision ledger: open the endgame with the locked choices and the exact unresolved mechanics beneath each one.
- Force map: organize the state around Sylvan, the Resistance, Konrad and his groups, Samuel and his network, and the legitimate process.
- Countdown state: define the remaining time, resources, access, evidence, and audiences at the moment Konrad commits.
- Consequence state: begin with what each force can still lose even though the broad outcome is known.
Central author gate
Which exact action by Konrad and Aiden begins the final movement, and what does each active force know, control, need, and risk when Samuel tries to assign Sylvan a role inside their altered reality?
Scene test
A scene writer can place every major actor without inventing a missing authority, secret alliance, or victory condition.
Adversarial test
If the setup makes Samuel powerless before he acts, there is no final conflict. If it restores control of the overall process to him, it contradicts the accepted ending.
