title: Disclosure to every group
gate: In what order do affected leaders and participants learn the truth, and what action does each revelation unlock?
prerequisites: EG-04, EG-05
EG-06: Disclosure to every group
Purpose
Transform one complete evidence record into a sequence of group-level decisions without exposing protected descendants or reducing the participants to a crowd.
Established
Samuel tried to use loyalty to the younger leaders as a weapon against Sylvan. That strategy backfires when participants learn Samuel has been attacking those leaders and their groups. Konrad has committed to delivering the truth to every group he led into the agreement. Public proof, affected-group evidence, protected records, and private descendant information cannot be treated as one disclosure layer.
Konrad and Aiden's live attack gives the groups a shared event they can compare with their own histories. Disclosure must show that the apparent Fitzgerald recovery helped Samuel lead additional groups into related altered realities without implying that every group received the same lie or surrendered the same authority.

Four possibilities
- Simultaneous threshold: groups receive independently authenticated core proof at the same moment, then handle protected details separately.
- Cascade through leaders: one younger leader discloses first, creating a safe route for others to follow.
- Participant-led comparison: representatives from several groups compare the manipulation pattern before confronting their leaders together.
- Risk-ordered release: groups facing immediate retaliation receive actionable evidence first, followed by wider accountability layers.
Central author gate
Which group first recognizes its own version of the Konrad-Aiden trap, what do its participants do that they would not do for Sylvan alone, and how does that action make the next disclosure possible?
Scene test
Each group receives enough truth to make its own decision, and at least one group surprises Konrad, Sylvan, or the Resistance.
Adversarial test
If every group reacts identically, loyalty has become a plot switch. If protected family evidence becomes public spectacle, the legitimate process repeats Samuel's abuse.
