Inspect the controlling premiseFinal-years control is established. Stopping authority, cumulative harm, privacy, and remedies still need concrete rules.
Test the leaders' safeguardsKonrad's Daemon verifies an apparent separation. Konrad authorizes reactivation, which attaches his revived system to Samuel's hidden hierarchy. The false evidence still needs definition.
Inspect the takeover resultSamuel and the older criminals remain on the previous containment planet. George participates directly on Sylvan's world, then becomes Samuel's intended scapegoat.

Integrated foundation review · September 5, 2026
The leaders created an interactive colonization environment and developed Luminai within it. Konrad tries to prove his experienced daemon superior; Samuel turns his reactivation into access. Sylvan already has decisive control during the final years. Exact safeguards and presentation mechanics remain open.

Story focus: P-04 Common Knowledge Without Public Parentage; P-09 The Children Decline the Role
Research supports the story but does not establish story facts. Historical institutions and real victims remain research sources only; story translation must use invented people, structures, and events.
How can an investigation prove a systemic pattern of reproductive or identity abuse while minimizing involuntary disclosure of individual parentage?
The strongest model separates proof of the pattern from disclosure of identities.
Credible investigations can establish that a system existed through aggregate records, recurring fields, independent custodians, authenticated samples, and representative testimony without publishing a complete identity graph. Consent should be specific to the information, audience, purpose, and duration of use. Identifiers should be stored separately from testimony or pattern data, with access restricted to people who need it. Public proceedings can coexist with confidential or closed evidence channels when safety, dignity, or privacy require them.
The resulting Seeds mechanism should not ask descendants to exchange privacy for credibility. It should let them decide which facts travel, while an independent process verifies that the private evidence genuinely supports the public pattern.
[SUPPORTED] Survivor-centered investigation guidance places safety, dignity, informed consent, confidentiality, transparency, and meaningful choice at the center of decisions affecting a survivor. Consent is not one blanket yes/no event; investigators should record what use and sharing the person actually authorized.
Story value: descendants can choose different disclosure envelopes. Participation does not require public appearance, public parentage, or permission for every later use.
[SUPPORTED] OHCHR guidance allows public hearings to build understanding and trust while preserving closed or confidential testimony where necessary. Secure information systems, controlled access, and separation of personal identifiers from interview records reduce exposure.
Story value: Sylvan's public case can present verified propositions and pattern counts while the underlying identity-bearing records remain sealed and reviewable by a bounded authority.
[SUPPORTED] Truth-commission information systems have converted large numbers of statements into consistently coded records so investigators could test for systematic patterns while retaining the underlying statements for verification. Aggregate, non-identifying information can serve oversight and public-accountability purposes without publishing personal records.
Story value: repeated non-identifying fields—dates, authorization classes, routing signatures, intervention types, or custody transitions—can prove coordination across many cases.
[SUPPORTED] Genetic information can reveal facts about relatives who never submitted a sample. National Academies and genomics guidance therefore emphasize informed use, confidentiality, limited access, and consent for redisclosure. Forensic DNA guidance also warns against presenting genetic identification as infallible.
Story value: no single participant can ethically authorize publication of an entire family map. Genetic evidence should confirm only the minimum proposition necessary, with non-genetic administrative evidence carrying as much of the public case as possible.
scoped consent + separated identifiers + aggregate pattern analysis + independent verification -> descendants retain control -> the organization-wide operation becomes provable without a public genealogy -> Sylvan must accept a less spectacular but more legitimate presentation
This is a plausible extrapolation from current practice, not an established Seeds system.
