01 · Foundation

The environment creates the bond.

The leaders developed Luminai within an interactive colonization environment. Sylvan tests a more deeply integrated generation after thousands of years of development.

02 · Institutional gap

Control must protect people.

Final-years control is established. Stopping authority, cumulative harm, privacy, and remedies still need concrete rules.

Test the leaders' safeguards
03 · Causal result

Autonomy becomes access.

Konrad's Daemon verifies an apparent separation. Konrad authorizes reactivation, which attaches his revived system to Samuel's hidden hierarchy. The false evidence still needs definition.

04 · Two-planet endgame

George goes where Samuel cannot.

Samuel and the older criminals remain on the previous containment planet. George participates directly on Sylvan's world, then becomes Samuel's intended scapegoat.

Integrated foundation review · September 5, 2026

The environment develops the bond. The outcome tests responsibility.

The leaders created an interactive colonization environment and developed Luminai within it. Konrad tries to prove his experienced daemon superior; Samuel turns his reactivation into access. Sylvan already has decisive control during the final years. Exact safeguards and presentation mechanics remain open.

Current Story State

Development phase

The project is currently in a vault stress-test phase. We are building a small number of story components to test persistent memory, retrieval, continuity, supersession, and compilation before expanding the story broadly.

Current focal elements

  • Sylvan Elaria — working name for the principal younger leader / hero.
  • George White — working name for the throwaway prince, the Throne figure's son. This supersedes the previous working name Logan.
  • The Throne figure — contained authoritarian whose faction believes it won when it actually fell into containment.
  • False Victory — the faction's foundational deception.
  • Manufactured Reality — the technologically mediated reality in which George White has been kept.
  • Sylvan Elaria's recordings — extensive evidence capable of exposing the Throne figure.
  • Sylvan Elaria–Throne confrontation — constrained final struggle over truth, legitimacy, evidence, loyalty, and control.

Core mechanism currently under development

A technologically sophisticated environment can mediate a participant's experienced reality through information control and a lifelong AI companion / AI soul. This is fictional story functionality. The technical mechanism remains a research question, not a real-world claim.

Major unresolved questions

  • What are Sylvan Elaria's full identity, history, authority, and motivations?
  • What exactly does Sylvan Elaria's evidence prove?
  • How did Sylvan Elaria obtain and preserve the recordings?
  • What is the Throne figure's exact role and name?
  • How did the faction enter containment while believing it had won?
  • What exactly does George White believe about his father and his own life?
  • How does George White's AI soul participate in the manufactured reality?
  • What causes George White to awaken, if he does?
  • What are the exact constraints preventing the Throne figure from simply eliminating Sylvan Elaria?
  • What is the fictional breeding-program mechanism and what does it reveal about the Throne figure's ideology?

Canon boundary

All real people, historical figures, real nations, real organizations, and real-world groups remain development analogies only. Final story data uses invented entities and fictional history.
